Saturday's Lounge
The atmosphere was designed to cater to happy hour connoisseurs, the late night adventurers and the early bird brunch crowd. No matter your style the lounge is there to embrace you.
Saturday’s would be a beverage focuses late night lounge. With tapas styled appetizers available focusing on sharing and bringing groups together.
Both the elements of Beverages and the tapas will be fresh, light and most importantly fun. The target audience will be young and adventurous. The menu will be highlighted with a variety of different price points to appeal to all.

Concept & Why
The Bar
The overall ambience of the Lounge is fun and lively its a space that should not be taken too seriously. As the customer enters the space you are welcomed with bright colours that transport you to the shores of Miami.
The Bar is the primary focus of the Lounge to keep consumers feel alive and light the bars back facade showcases cascading greenery.
Concept & Why
The Seating
To keep the lounge feeling cohesive live plants are used throughout the design including the booth seating.
Fun and cheeky phrases can also be viewed throughout the Lounge to help initiate conversation and keep the atmosphere light.

The Staircase
As guests venture through the space the primary goal was to allow every corner to be a conversational piece. The primary staircase was no different. I wanted guest to be captivated by the shapes. Each of the surfaces are finished in a bleached oak and outlined in LED lighting.
